Francisco has been with the University of South Florida – Admissions Office since February 1995.  He is responsible for planning, developing, organizing and managing all aspects of the Office of Graduate Admissions.  Also prepares unit budget requests, administers budget and personnel matters, and coordinates the Graduate Orientation for all new students.  Develops and maintains cooperative relationships with other state and external agencies and acts as a representative for the Office of Graduate Admissions and of USF in all dealings with the general public.
