The Admission to Doctoral Candidacy Form is to be submitted to the Graduate School following the successful completion of all
comprehensive exams and other program requirements. Doctoral candidacy indicates that the Program has approved the student for

All "I" and "M" grades must be cleared prior to the leave of absence approval. |

The time limit extension may be filed when a student nears the end of the time limitation for completion of the requirements for their degree but needs more time to complete the degree.
