John worked in the bookstore of the University of South Florida from April 2001 and then transferred to International Admissions Office August 2004 prior to joining the Graduate Admissions in September 2007. His primary responsibilities include day-to-day operations of the office and communicate information to students, staff, faculty and the general public at the highest level of quality customer service.
