Prerequisites/Tools Courses
A student who does not have an undergraduate degree in business will have to complete the following courses before taking courses in the M.S.R.E. major:

Students must successfully (a grade of A or B) complete equivalent courses in each of these areas prior to taking M.S.R.E. courses. These courses should have been completed in an AACSB accredited programwithin five years of entering the M.S.R.E. major.

Core finance and real estate courses may be waived for students who graduated from AACSB accreditedprograms within five years of entering the M.S.R.E. major and took courses with substantively the samecontent. Only courses with the same content as the core finance courses can be used to satisfy the M.S.R.E.course requirements, and students must have earned a grade of A or B to have such courses waived.Advanced finance elective courses with the same total credit hours must be substituted for waived courses.
