    Addresses the rationale, planning and implementation of primary health care programs from an international perspective. Emphasis is given to primary care as an integral part of a health care system and an essential component of public health.

    Course Attendance at First Class Meeting Policy for Graduate Students: For structured courses, 6000 and above, the College/Campus Dean will set the first-day class attendance requirement.
