  24. Course Description: Focuses on the evaluation and selection of the best evidence in making decisions about personalized patient care. Consideration of patient values and preferences and the expertise of the practitioner will also be incorporated into planning patient care.

    individuals and organizations.

    4. Create an evidence-based clinical plan protocol for a selected population.

    5. Describe the process for incorporating patient values and preferences into evidence-based

    clinical practice.

    6. Develop a plan for the evaluation of an evidence-based clinical plan for a selected population.
