Special Note to all applicants:
Don't rely on just grade point averages. The
percentage of nominees with a GPA of 4.0 is fairly
high, but even a 4.0 is no guarantee of being
awarded the fellowship. Achievements, other than
grades, are frequently the deciding factors. Other
scholarly activities such as publications, research
efforts, art works, school or public service
activities, or any special activities, are an
important consideration in the selection. |
