| Spring 2009 | ||
| Admission to Candidacy | Jan 5 - Apr 24 | Candidacy Forms may be submitted to the Graduate School office any time during the noted dates. Students may enroll in dissertation hours the semester after candidacy has been approved by the Graduate School. More information on Candidacy may be found in the Graduate Catalog. |
| Application for Degree | Jan 30 | Deadline for submission to the office of the Registrar. |
| Format Check Deadline | Jan 30 | Deadline for submission of manuscript draft preliminary pages to the Graduate School. If this deadline is missed, students will be required to repeat the manuscript process in the following semester. |
| Final Submission Deadline | Apr 10 | Deadline for submission of manuscript final publishable copy to the Graduate School. If this deadline is missed, students will be required to repeat the manuscript process in the following semester (beginning with the format check). |
