Lada has been with the University of South Florida’s Graduate School since July 2006. Her primary responsibilities are providing administrative support to Dr. Richard Pollenz, interim Associate Dean, and serving as the point of contact and facilitator of the Graduate Assistantship process to include tuition fee waiver process, which she currently oversees. Lada acts as backup leave coordinator, building manager, payroll processor, Human Resource Manager, Executive Administrative Assistant, and manages a host of other Graduate School functions utilizing FAST, BANNER, CERTS, GEMS, and OASIS. She is an active member of several committees concerning Graduate Assistantship issues and serves as a liaison with other USF offices, managing the flow of communication to students, staff, faculty and the general public with quality customer service.
