Nick worked in the computing office of the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of South Florida prior to joining the Graduate School in June 1999. His primary responsibilities are to maintain the website, support all client computers for the office, and communicate information to students, staff, faculty and the general public using the highest levels of quality customer service.
