Congratulations to Dr. Karen Liller, PhD. on
becoming the new interim Dean of the
Graduate School and Associate Vice
President for Research and Innovation.
Congratulations
to Dr. Richard Pollenz, Ph.D., on the
appointment within the Graduate School
as Interim Associate Dean for Academics.
Dr. Pollenz
has a
Ph.D. in Cell, Molecular and Structural
Biology from
Northwestern University, Chicago and
joins
the
Graduate
School
with
over seven years in the
USF
Department of Biology, Division of Cell
Biology, Microbiology and Molecular
Biology,
with
experience
as both undergraduate and
graduate director. Dr. Pollenz
will be heading up the Academics
Division in the Graduate School and
working with the graduate school staff
and administration to build excellence
in graduate education at USF.
