When can I make changes to my coverage?
Answer:
Changes outside of Open Enrollment may
only occur if you experience a qualifying status
change which is defined as one of the following:
1. Adding a new spouse or dependent child (within 31
days of the marriage, birth, or adoption).
2. Enrolling as a new or transfer student (within 31
days of date of enrollment at the University).
3. Ineligibility under another creditable plan
(within 31 days of loss of coverage). |
