When do I enroll?
Answer:
The policy becomes effective on August
19, 2005 and ends on August 19, 2006. Coverage for
newly enrolled students, spouses and dependent
children will be effective on the Effective Date of
the coverage period elected or the day after
enrollment form and correct premiums are received
(whichever is later). Enrollment is only allowed
during Open Enrollment Periods. For the Fall
Semester, Open Enrollment will begin on August 18,
2005 and run for thirty-one (31) days. Open
Enrollment will be available again for a period of
thirty-one (31) days for the Spring/Summer Semester
(specific dates to be announced later). The
Spring/Summer Open Enrollment is for new students
and renewals only. Summer Open Enrollment is for new
students only. |
