How can I find out more about the Student Health
Plan (i.e., what is covered, what doctor I can see,
what deductibles might be included in the plan,
etc.)?
Answer:
You may contact the Student Insurance
Office (SIO) at Student Health Services (SHS). You
may contact them by telephone at (813) 974-5407, or
e-mail at
Insurance@shs.usf.edu. You may visit the SHS
website to get dates on informational sessions that
they will be offering to the student community
throughout the months of June through September,
2005. You may also review the 2005/06 Student Health
Insurance Policy on line at
