Question:
How do I pay my portion of the insurance premium?
Answer:
This year, for the first time at USF, you
will have several choices. You may pay your portion
in a lump sum by personal check or credit card, or
may opt for payroll deduction. If you choose to pay
by payroll deduction, a fixed amount (equal
installments) will automatically be deducted from
each bi-weekly paycheck by USF Payroll to cover your
portion of the monthly premium that is required by
the insurance carrier. You will choose your payment
option at the time of enrollment. |
