Graduate Course Processing, Institution Specific
COURSES – General Instructions
A new Graduate Curriculum Submission System has been launched. The course form is now housed within the Office of Graduate Studies (formerly it was within Undergraduate Studies as the SCNS liaison office), but applies to all USF Institutions. Please note that each Institution is responsible for approving its courses; the Office of Graduate Studies is only facilitating with the course submission system communications and tracking.
Courses must have proposed numbers included in the submission. Proposed numbers listed as 5xxx, 6xxx, etc. will not be accepted for SCNS submission. Faculty may enter 6xxx upon initial completion of the form, but this must be populated with a proposed number prior to submission to Graduate Council. If you need to propose a new number, click here for instructions
If you have any questions or technical difficulties as you proceed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Thank you.
