Graduate Enrollment Management (GEM)
The Graduate Enrollment Management (GEM) team was established in 2009. GEM is chaired by the Graduate School Deans and is charged with developing and implementing strategic planning related to graduate student enrollment, retention and graduation that is responsive to the strategic missions of USF. Specific charges to this committee include:
- Recruitment initiatives for the maintenance of a diverse graduate application pool
- Streamlining the graduate admissions process
- Strategies and incentives to promote high student retention and timely graduation
- Long term planning of graduate enrollment
The Team usually meets on the third Monday of the month in the Graduate School’s conference room, BEH 318. The 2009-2010 meeting schedule is:
